Herman is the Founder and CEO of Every Child Needs a Mentor, the UK’s leading specialist mentoring organization. With over 20 years of youth mentoring experience, Herman Stewart got recognized as the UK’s leading expert in youth mentoring. Herman authored the book Every Child Needs A Mentor that aims to inspire, help, and engage the people who support the youth with ideas they can use with mentoring.

Herman’s mentoring expertise has been sought by many organizations globally, including government, businesses, and education establishments. He was the city of Birmingham’s Lead Mentor.
